Our customer service operates with allocated slots – no walk-ins. Before your visit, kindly book an appointment here: https://konzinfobooking.mfa.gov.hu/ For document collection and visa appeal submission, you do not need a pre-booked appointment.
Please be mindful of our time. Our officers are at your disposal during your allocated slot but to have the smoothest experience possible, we need your cooperation. Please arrive on time and prepared. Kindly keep in mind that traffic may be heavy and allow enough time to find parking, which can be quite challenging in this area. We have a 15-minute lateness policy, after that we may not be able to assist you. Do your research prior to your visit – this is your responsibility but we are happy to help. Firstly, read the relevant section on our website, see if there are any documents you need to obtain, any forms you need to fill in etc. If something is unclear, please ask. We prefer e-mail communication since you will later have the chance to go through our reply again. You can make an enquiry at consulate.abu@mfa.gov.hu. Alternatively, you may call us but we can only give generic information over the phone.
