SIGNATURE ATTESTATION
1. Signature of a private person
As part of signature attestation, you sign the document in front of a consul/acknowledge the signature as yours in front of a consul. The consul only attests the authenticity of your signature (that is, it was you indeed who appeared and signed it) and NOT the content thereof.

Who needs to attend the appointment?
You need to be present, otherwise it is not possible to attest your signature.
What do I need to submit upon my visit?
Valid photo ID (for Hungarian citizens passport or national ID, for non-Hungarian citizens passport or Emirares ID). Without a valid photo ID, it is not possible to do the attestation.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to prepare the document you have sign. We do not have the capacity to type, edit or print the document for you.
Fee calculation
Attestation fee is to be paid by document. If you need to sign more than once on one document, you still need to pay the fee only once, whereas if you need to sign two copies of the same document, you need to pay the fee twice. If two individuals need to sign the same document, the fee is to be paid by each of them.

(1) Proof of identity & (2) proof of representative right
(1) Valid photo ID (for Hungarian citizens passport or national ID, for non-Hungarian citizens passport or Emirares ID). Without a valid photo ID, it is not possible to do the attestation.
(2) You can prove your right to represent a company with an official document not older than 30 days that proves that the business organization has been registered by the company registry court (company registry extract, copy of the register). If the establishment of the company requires official or court registration, it must be proven that the registration has been completed and the client is authorized to sign on behalf of the organization. In case of signing on behalf of a foreign (non-Hungarian) legal entity or organization without legal personality, it must also be proven that the organization has been registered under the law of its own country and the client is authorized to sign on behalf of the company. In this case, the foreign (non-Hungarian) company registry extract must be submitted with the required attestation, which for companies established in the UAE means UAE MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) attestation.
