CERTIFIED COPY

Kindly be informed that although most attestations are done on the spot, in case you need many copies attested, it could take a few hours or days.

There are two types of certified copies: (1) certifying a copy and (2) making a certified copy. In the first case, we will certify the photocopy you bring upon presentation of the original document, while in the second case, we will make the copy of the document you have submitted. However, in any case, the consul does NOT certify the authenticity of the document itself, only that the copy is identical to the document presented AS the original. The copy can be made of the entire document, a part of it, or of a certified copy of the original document.

Who needs to attend the appointment?

The request can be submitted in person, upon presenting the original document(s).

Valid photo ID (for Hungarian citizens passport or national ID, for non-Hungarian citizens passport or Emirares ID).
